Description

This course gives an introduction to the laws and ethical standards that managers must abide by in the course of conducting business. Students will explore relevant topics related to how managers’ as leaders to make legal and ethical business decision, including the legal system, business ethics and social responsibilities, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, intellectual property, environmental law, contract law, and agency and employment law, securities Law. Upon completion, students will have a thorough understanding of the various areas of business laws which allows them to make legal and ethical decisions in the future real business world.
