Description

This course enables students to build a fundamental understanding of public administration in the Canadian government system. Through the classes, students will learn its theoretical foundations, government services, the bureaucracy and the management of organizational resources. Topics to be covered include current issues, government departments and central agencies, public administration and organization theories, E-Government, budgetary process, human resource management, and the values and ethics in public administration.
